Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to courses@compliancegroup.eu

All cancellations are subject to a 33% cancellation fee. If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the course, a refund less the cancellation fee will be provided. If cancellations are made less than 29 days prior to the course, no refund will be issued.

If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, a refund will not be issued.

The Compliance Group reserves the right to alter the venue, if necessary.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted at no penalty with written notification from the original registrant in advance of course. All substitution requests must be in writing and emailed to courses@compliancegroup.eu

Payment

An attendees place on the course can only be confirmed on receipt of payment for the full course fee in advance of the course.

Fee

The course fee includes light lunch & refreshments. Travel or hotel accommodation is not included.

Indemnity

The Compliance Group reserves the right to make alterations to the course timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of GXP Training. If such a situation arises, a full refund will be issued.
